We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and effective issue resolution.
Key responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing product expertise, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. You will also be responsible for managing multiple open customer conversations, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, and identifying trends in support issues to share insights with relevant teams.

- Deliver best-in-class customer experience by responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions or escalate when needed
- Become a product expert to answer questions quickly and accurately
- Manage multiple open customer conversations and ensure timely resolution of tickets
- Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
- Spot trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation
