About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Service Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to a collaborative office environment that fosters growth and innovation.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with service management systems and tools. If you have a passion for providing exceptional technical support, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and guests, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly, and utilize a service management system to log and track issues.
Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to internal and third-party teams when necessary.
Customer Service:
Respond to and resolve IT service incidents and customer complaints efficiently.
Maintain clear and effective communication with end-users, delivery aggregators, franchisees, and head office personnel.
Documentation:
Document solutions and communicate them to end-users in a clear and understandable manner.
Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and guides for end-users.
Service Management:
Handle incoming IT service requests from employees, ensuring proper resolution and communication.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
Familiarity with service management systems and tools.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality industry systems is beneficial.
