Customer Support Role for Cryptocurrency

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as our main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude, responding to customer queries in a timely manner, communicating through various channels, and resolving customer complaints. They must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing orders and forms, providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, and managing junior customer service representatives. The successful candidate will also contribute to improving the server and community experience, increasing engagement, and activity.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Able to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

A highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
