We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and communicating with clients via electronic direct mail.
In this position, you will be responsible for researching, responding, and escalating general operating inquiries from potential and existing clients. You will also use Electronic Direct Mail to communicate with existing customers and examine survey responses (NPS and CSAT).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A bachelor's degree in any field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or engagement role.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer-centric service by researching, resolving, and responding to general operating inquiries from potential and existing clients.
- Use Electronic Direct Mail to communicate with existing customers and examine survey responses (NPS and CSAT).
- Create and send promotional EDMs announcing new product launches, ensuring they are suited for mobile devices and email clients.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for customer relationship management solutions with stakeholders to achieve alignment and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content tailored to consumer interests and concerns.
- Maintain positive and professional client connections while managing issues such as policy service requests and product concerns.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service/engagement role
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
