Job Overview

The role of a Virtual Assistant involves supporting the expansion of our product catalog by handling product uploads on BigCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload products to BigCommerce, including titles, descriptions, and pricing information.
  • Organize and upload product images, ensuring they are optimized with alt text and descriptions.
  • Review product listings for accuracy and consistency across the catalog.
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather necessary product information and coordinate timely product launches and updates.

As a reliable Virtual Assistant, you will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and good communication abilities. Experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly BigCommerce, is preferred but not mandatory. If you have prior experience working in ecommerce, furniture, or home goods categories, it would be beneficial.
