Job Opportunity: Virtual Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to support a fast-paced entrepreneur in marketing, video editing, social media management, and general administrative tasks. As a Virtual Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and content creation.
  • Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content using various tools and software.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Admin Support: Manage calendars, emails, research tasks, and file organization.
  • Content Creation: Help create visually aligned graphics and written content using brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and follow through without constant supervision.
