Virtual Assistant Role

This is a fast-paced opportunity to work as a Virtual Assistant, supporting startups with diverse administrative and communication tasks in a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities include drafting emails and handling business communications, taking video conferences, interfacing with clients and customers, scheduling and planning meetings and events, online research and data collection using spreadsheets, reporting and analysis, creative work with writing and media, and other administrative tasks and projects.

  • You will need to be fully fluent in English, skilled in the use of apps and technology, and able to commit long-term and full-time.
  • Additionally, you must be able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time), have no work experience required but any experience will be considered, and be a serious, career-oriented candidate with a track record of success at work or in school.
  • Solution-driven professionals who can solve complex problems with minimal guidance, have experience in high performance work or school environments, are skilled at anticipating team members' needs, willing to work hard and persevere, and possess intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness are ideal candidates.
