Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Key Account Manager. The primary objective is to ensure that mid-market and enterprise customers derive maximum value from our products.

As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and assist them in achieving their business goals through our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of ~40 mid-market and enterprise accounts, optimizing the impact and value of our products to users, stakeholders, and their businesses.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring seamless integration of our products into their sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships to ensure a deep understanding of customer business goals and a product deployment that helps them achieve those goals.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to share product outcomes, address any issues, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Analyze customer usage metrics to identify product features that might provide value and proactively lead upsell conversations.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern.
  • Assist with Technical Support for your customers as needed.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within our organization, providing product feedback to ensure customer requirements are successfully met.

Requirements include 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience managing a portfolio of 40+ accounts with a successful renewals track record, as well as 2+ years of customer onboarding and support experience.
