Financial Operations Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced bookkeeper looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our company.


About the Role
  • Handle financial operations for Canadian clients, utilizing QuickBooks Online to manage accounts, reconcile transactions, and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with the North American head office team to provide exceptional client support.
  • Suggest process improvements using automation and AI tools to streamline financial operations.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and QuickBooks Online expertise.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience supporting North American clients in a BPO setting.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a willingness to learn about AI and automation.
  • Bonus: People management or team lead experience.
