Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account matters, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop strategic partnerships by proactively researching clients' companies, staying up-to-date on their evolving needs, and adapting solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, driving mutual success and growth.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions that meet and exceed partner expectations, fostering a culture of excellence and customer delight.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience working in fast-paced e-commerce environments is a significant plus.
