Hub Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a logistics hub, ensuring efficient performance and high productivity. This role involves monitoring hub performance, creating reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting daily hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.
  • Monitoring hub performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating, reviewing, and validating reports to ensure accurate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  • Handling payment transactions and associated payment processes.
  • Coordinating with agency teams to oversee their activities.
  • Performing other tasks as required to support hub operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar functions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work shifts depending on agreed team schedules.
  • Able to perform administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
