Hub Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hub Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our logistics hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling and sorting of parcels, as well as managing inventory levels.

Your role will involve:

  • Assisting in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinating with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams
  • Managing payment transactions and associated processes
  • Providing support to the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to do shift work and travel to assigned locations
