We're seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to join our team. As a Proposal Manager, you'll play a key role in developing sales proposals and presentations that drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Lead the development of proposal plans and outlines, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and schedules.
- Maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to generate high-quality proposals and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of integrated pursuit teams to achieve project objectives.
- Assess solicitation requirements and determine proposal resource needs and schedules.
- Develop win strategies, themes, discriminators, and key messages for proposal content.
- Manage proposal development and production schedules, keeping teams informed of changes.
- Lead all aspects of proposal phases, including kickoff meetings and reviews.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience leading proposal response processes, preferably in BPO.
- Experience collaborating with remote teams and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, research, and time management skills.
- Strong industry knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Responsive (bid management application) is a plus.
