We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in our distributor territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve assigned volume targets, monitor progress, and optimize results.
- Manage trade spend efficiently within assigned geographical territories, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Promote and execute business plans that align with regional and national objectives, evaluating performance regularly.
- Collaborate in the volume forecasting process and manage returns, backorders, and pull-outs according to established communication strategies and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant experience in sales and distribution functions is essential.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in sales and distribution is necessary. Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.
