We are seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join our organization.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs, including group health, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, retirement, and other offerings.
  • They will coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Coordinating enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits systems, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefit plans, eligibility, claims, and coverage.
  • Collaborating with vendors and insurance carriers on plan administration, issue resolution, and employee support.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits administration, preferably in the insurance, reinsurance, or financial services sector, with a strong working knowledge of benefits regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems, along with exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Maintaining accurate benefit records and ensuring data integrity across HRIS and benefit platforms.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, audits, and compliance documentation, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
