Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will work closely with team members, as well as independently and confidently manage your own workload. You will need to understand customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions that meet their needs.

You will also support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our business. As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small implementations to large-scale transformations.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. You will also need to be able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base
  • Understand customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Ability to work within teams and alongside customers
  • Able to plan own workload and meet deadlines
Nice to Have

The following skills would be beneficial for this role:

  • Australian Payroll Experience
  • Experience in post deployment services
