Job Title: Workday Benefits Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical role within our organization. As an expert in Workday's HCM product suite, particularly in U.S. Benefits, you will provide strategic support to clients by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expertise in Workday HCM product suite with deep knowledge in U.S. Benefits
  • Leading or coaching deployment teams to successfully gather client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  • Collaborating with client/data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentoring new consultants and serving as a professional role model and coach on product knowledge

You will also be responsible for communicating clearly and concisely, collaborating effectively with team members, and facilitating clients' adoption of Workday best practices. Additionally, you will maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensure smooth transitions, and innovate new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.

If you have experience deploying multiple HCM/Benefits projects simultaneously and can travel up to 20% depending on project requirements, we would appreciate your consideration.
