Key Role in Consumer Lending Strategy

This position plays a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the Consumer Lending Group.

The successful candidate will drive business expansion, develop partnerships, and enhance the bank's consumer lending portfolio through market intelligence and strategic planning.

  • Formulate and execute short- and long-term plans to boost consumer loans growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research, analyze industry trends, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate opportunities and challenges, and recommend strategic responses that align with the organization's goals.
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau) to monitor portfolio performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to foster growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in consumer loans, credit risk analysis, and digital lending trends.
  • Proven track record in business intelligence, market research, and data-driven strategy execution.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategy, business development, business intelligence, or business expansion within the financial services sector.
