About Securities Lending

As a Trade Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our global securities lending business. This dynamic environment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a 24-hour service across multiple markets, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical operational support to the Securities Lending Trading desk, focusing on trade settlement and inventory management.
  • Monitor client sales and ensure timely delivery of services to meet market demands.
  • Collaborate with trading teams to manage positions for proxy events, buffer management, MSCI rebalance, and client transitions.
  • Facilitate direct communication with counterparties and agent banks to ensure efficient trade settlement and asset transitions.
  • Protect clients' and the organization's interests by maintaining market integrity and delivering optimal service levels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Securities Lending, Settlements, Trade Support/Middle Office, Custody, or Corporate Actions roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Global Financial Markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and software tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Tableau, and Alteryx Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
