Key Leader, Consumer Lending Team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in attending to consumer lending customers' post-booking needs
  • Establish and enforce necessary controls to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and report operational risks to senior management
Requirements:
  • College graduate with a strong background in consumer lending or financial services
  • At least 5-7 years of managerial or senior managerial experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics to drive decisions and improvements
