As a Project Manager, AI Safety Services, you will play a critical role in delivering complex AI-data projects on time, on budget, and with flawless execution.

">

You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, from scoping and task-template creation through annotation, model-pipeline setup, QA, and deployment hand-off. Your expertise in Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows and experience managing technical projects or operations in data, AI, or software domains will drive project success.

Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, build and automate workflows, track and report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. You will maintain artefacts such as SOWs, RACI charts, risk registers, and knowledge-base pages to keep the team aligned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Project-management excellence: scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder comms.
  • Lightweight scripting: Python or similar for automation, data manipulation, and report generation.
  • SQL & dashboards: query data warehouses and build KPI views.
  • Tool savvy: familiarity with annotation platforms (Label Studio, Labelbox) and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Process mindset: design SOPs/playbooks and iterate quickly based on feedback.
