Our company is seeking a data-driven strategist to play a pivotal role in our aggressive growth initiatives across the specialty insurance space.

As a key member of our forward-thinking Revenue Operations team, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to turn data into strategic decisions and fuel 20% year-over-year growth.

The successful candidate will uncover market opportunities and whitespace through territory intelligence, power targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach with data-backed insights, build dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk, optimize lead routing and engagement using platforms like Salesforce, predict underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns, support broker engagement strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics, and serve as a go-to expert for GTM tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize processes
  • Designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and sales outreach strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including brokers and clients

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
