Strategic Business Analyst

This role involves analyzing data, generating comprehensive reports, sourcing new reports to inform and increase client stickiness to the offering, anticipating issues in brand client receipts, shipping, or performance, and presenting solutions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience. Effective project management skills are required to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and generate comprehensive weekly reports.
  • Source new reports to enhance client retention.
  • Identify and present solutions for potential issues in brand client receipts, shipping, or performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely completion and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments with 3PL expertise.
