Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

You will understand client goals, manage the renewal process, monitor client satisfaction, collaborate with internal teams, lead regular performance reviews, develop strategies to increase retention, handle escalations, and offer recommendations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably SaaS/tech.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and experience using CRM and customer success platforms are also essential.
