A Customer Advocate Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Customer Advocate, responsible for resolving complex customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior management as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in escalations or retention support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
