Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and driven professionals to support entrepreneurs in the US & Europe as full-time remote assistants.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the founder's professional and personal life, giving them back their time and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management System: Implementing and maintaining an efficient system for email management
  • Time and Calendar Management: Protecting and prioritizing the entrepreneur's time and calendar
  • Task Coordination: Seamlessly coordinating email, calendar, and task management
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating personal and business travel
  • Research and Reporting: Conducting thorough research and creating detailed reports (e.g., competitor analysis)
Requirements
  • A highly motivated and driven individual with operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving ability and high agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to learn new technologies like AI
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
