
Senior Sales Performance Optimization Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst. This strategic, hands-on role will involve designing, analyzing, and administering robust sales compensation programs that support our ambitious growth and reward excellence in our high-performing sales teams.
As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for calculating, reviewing, and processing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments. You will also administer and analyze sales compensation and commission programs for the global commercial organization, ensuring alignment to business strategy, compliance, and motivational effectiveness.
Additionally, you will serve as the operational and subject matter expert on all things sales compensation, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries related to incentive plans and commission calculations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Calculating, reviewing, and processing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments
- Administering and analyzing sales compensation and commission programs for the global commercial organization
- Serving as the operational and subject matter expert on all things sales compensation
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, and/or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Experience administering and configuring sales compensation management software (e.g. CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar platforms) preferred
- Strong understanding of sales compensation best practices, quota assignment, and SaaS revenue models
- Exposure to global compensation practices and a deep focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
