Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon FBA expert to manage our client's online presence and optimize their sales performance. As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end account management, including customer service, product listing checks, and dispute resolution.

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of accountability. You should have 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts and a deep understanding of Amazon policies and listings.

  • A deep understanding of Amazon policies and listings.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high sense of accountability.
