Job Summary:

About the Role

This key position involves leading the Allocation and Store Analysts team to optimize inventory allocation and ensure stock is allocated to the right stores at the right time.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in multi-store or multi-channel retail operations, with strong hands-on experience in stock allocations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and support the Allocation & Store Analysts team to drive sales performance by analyzing future sales forecasts and placing stock orders.
  2. Ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal warehouse inventory levels by collaborating with sales teams.
  3. Analyze in-store sales opportunities and identify areas for improvement to maximize performance.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding product availability, delivery, or planning updates.
  5. Coordinate with merchandising teams on upcoming seasonal events and maintain accurate procurement data.
  6. Complete monthly Open-to-Buy (OTB) reviews and reforecasting activities to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Responsible for creating seasonal article content and maintaining article master data.
  8. Manage purchase order creation and accuracy to ensure timely stock placement.
Requirements:
  • Laptop or desktop computer with minimum 32GB RAM and Intel Core i5 processor.
  • Headset with noise-cancelling microphone.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection (at least 30 Mbps).
  • External monitor required.
