We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catalog Manager to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for managing Amazon listings and performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Seller Central and experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs). You will be required to maintain and optimize listings, ensure backend settings are correctly populated, and conduct monthly front-end audits for content accuracy.

You will also be responsible for tracking keyword ranks, CVR, and pricing against sales targets, as well as monitoring profit and subcategory BSR. Additionally, you will set and assess weekly sales goals and target BSR for each listing, and identify underperforming listings and implement improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs on Amazon
  • Ensure backend settings are correctly populated
  • Conduct monthly front-end audits for content accuracy
  • Track keyword ranks, CVR, and pricing against sales targets
  • Monitor profit and subcategory BSR
  • Set and assess weekly sales goals and target BSR for each listing
  • Identify underperforming listings and implement improvement strategies
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization and keyword strategy
  • Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, and DataRova or similar software is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Amazon TOS, backend attributes, and compliance
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical
