Marketing Liaison (Entry-Level)

Opportunity Overview

This entry-level position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Client Management team, ensuring seamless execution of client service and performance marketing functions.

The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, monitoring communications, executing tasks related to campaign and budget management, and providing timely and accurate reporting.

This role directly supports client success by enabling the team to deliver exceptional service and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries; escalate critical issues to the account team as needed
  • Document updates and follow-ups in CRM systems like Gainsight
  • Support daily management of digital advertising campaigns, including pacing reviews and job postings
  • Extract, prepare, and monitor campaign performance data from platforms such as internal analytics tools and Facebook
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor allocations, monthly reconciliations, and PO/SOWBA processing
  • Review and help reconcile invoices prior to client billing
  • Manage internal tickets to ensure issues are resolved promptly
  • Partner with client finance and internal stakeholders to support media plan execution

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or communications
  • Up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, data analytics, or media buying
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools or interest in using them to improve productivity and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
  • Technically inclined with problem-solving skills in digital platforms
