Customer Service Expert

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate information regarding products and services. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, and documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system.
You will also be expected to follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures, collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery, and meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
