Job Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our clients, ensuring seamless issue resolution and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client technical support requests via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Provide clear guidance and support to clients through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in the system
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment with a focus on technical support
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues
  • Strong command of English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM with high accuracy
