Job Overview

We're seeking highly skilled technical support specialists to provide expert assistance and troubleshooting services for a variety of clients across industries.

Key responsibilities include responding to inbound technical support requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Candidates must have prior call center experience, reside within 80km of our office, and possess strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. A high-speed internet connection, quiet work environment, and high language proficiency in English are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience

Additional qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous call center experience, work from home experience, and strong command of the English language.

Employment Eligibility & Compliance

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based, willing to submit up to a level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint, and willing to submit to drug screening.
