About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional technical support via phone, chat, or email to clients.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills to guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and support procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience essential.
  • Strong command of the English language required.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) needed.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems required.
