About The Role

As a trusted advisor to merchants, you will elevate user satisfaction, and help their businesses grow. Connect with users, offer excellent customer service, and account management, maximising their value on the platform, and making them loyal, highly-engaged users.

Closely collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, leveraging client insights to shape product strategy and feature development. Provide tailored solutions to optimise user experience, and become an expert on the platform's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the post-sales cycle from customer engagement, retention, and growth of users
  • Build relationships and become a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service through messaging platforms and calls
  • Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process, and communicate solutions based on the platform's products and success stories
  • Discuss customer insights and feedback with the Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy and innovation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer success or client-facing experience, ideally working with a complex technical product
  • Strong business mindset, with an ability to identify strategy behind each of our user's businesses
  • Lots of empathy and patience, eager to advocate for users, understand pain points, and guide them through technical solutions
  • Experience handling difficult situations or customers, while remaining professional and personable
