**Job Summary:**This role offers the opportunity to work on a segment of our Air freight service, driving improvements in the process.Key Responsibilities include:
  • Interacting with stakeholders and country representatives in regular execution of assigned tasks.
  • Participating in problem-solving and process improvement processes together with team managers.
  • Assisting in meeting performance targets.
  • Evaluating department processes, recommending changes based on analysis, and coordinating implementation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and KPIs to improve existing processes.
  • Assisting staff in resolving complex problems and ensuring quality control.
  • Ensuring thorough documentation for processes.
  • Participating in additional projects assigned by team managers.
  • Maintaining process compliance.
  • Driving Customer Satisfaction Processes.
**Required Skills/Abilities:**
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
  • Logistics background or Air Freight operations experience is an advantage.
  • Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
