Job Title: Specialist - Air Freight

  • Collaborate with country representatives and stakeholders on a regular basis to execute assigned tasks effectively.
  • Participate in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives alongside your team manager.
  • Contribute to meeting performance targets through collaborative efforts.
  • Analyze department processes, recommend necessary changes based on analysis, and coordinate implementation.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and KPIs for enhancing existing processes.
  • Provide assistance to staff in resolving complex problems and ensure quality control.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes for efficient reference.
  • Support team managers in additional projects as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to process compliance.

  • A bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Logistics background or air freight operations experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) is essential.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required.
