Main Duties:

  1. Deliver top-notch technical assistance through various channels.
  2. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues quickly.
  3. Support users in resolving login issues, system errors, and software installation problems.
  4. Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
  5. Liaise with senior IT teams to address complex issues.
  6. Guarantee timely resolution and updates on pending tickets.
  7. Synchronize desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices effectively.
  8. Implement and update software applications based on company guidelines.
  9. Coordinate with suppliers for equipment repair and replacement.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of one year in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with fundamental troubleshooting techniques for Windows/macOS, Office 365, email, network connections (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN), and ticketing systems.
  • Personal Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (recommended).
