We are seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to support the development of marketing strategies for B2B Product Innovations. This role will drive acquisition, retention, and customer transactions among micro, small to medium business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of marketing strategies for B2B Product Innovations.
  • Provide strong points of view in MSME business analysis and planning.
  • Create a cohesive way of working between B2B Product, commercial, and operations stakeholders.
  • Manage overall MSME strategy and executions with regards to B2B Product Innovations.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background – College graduate with strong leadership potential.
  • Years of Work Experience – 2-4 years of work experience in Partner Management or Brand Management.
  • Work Background / Experience – Brand Management, Partner Management, Marketing Solutions, Category Management.
  • Level of Knowledge: Good partner management, Strong knowledge on Campaign Planning, Masterbrand Building, IMC.
  • Skills and Functional Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, Good presentation skills, Good in P&L management.
