Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma with 15+ years of software selling experience in the financial industry
- Proven track record of success as an individual contributor to the banking software industry
- Vast experience in selling enterprise software solutions (Finance, Reg, Risk & ALM) to banks and financial institutions
- Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers (CFO & CRO)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A willingness to travel as and when required
