As a Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate management of meter data across our diverse client portfolio.

The Metering Support Assistant position involves monitoring data quality, resolving data issues, coordinating with meter providers, and utilizing internal systems effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and request missing or substituted meter data.
  • Manually upload and verify data in our internal CRM system.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to solar and substituted data.
  • Escalate unresolved data issues to the Meter Leader.

New Data Feed Management:

  • Review and activate new meter data feeds.
  • Manage CRM tickets related to new feed activations.

Stakeholder Communication & Support:

  • Provide responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with meter providers and retailers for data access.
  • Respond promptly to internal team queries.

System & Record Maintenance:

  • Ensure accuracy of data in internal systems and service records.
  • Maintain up-to-date and consistent customer records.

General & Team Responsibilities:

  • Participate in team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support reporting tasks and ad hoc departmental needs.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development.
  • Uphold data confidentiality and service standards.
  • Take ownership of task quality and timeliness to meet KPIs.
