We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to join our team in a challenging role that requires expertise in building information modeling.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience using Revit Architecture, BIM Collaborate/BIM 360. They must be proficient in REVIT drafting and able to model complicated design elements such as staircases and handrails.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture: A degree in architecture is required for this position.
  • Revit Architecture Expertise: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Revit Architecture, including its collaborative features and project management tools.
  • BIM Collaborate/BIM 360 Proficiency: Familiarity with BIM Collaborate and BIM 360 is essential for this role, as the candidate will be working on large-scale projects.
  • REVIT Drafting Skills: Excellent drafting skills are necessary for creating detailed designs and models.
  • Complicated Design Elements: Experience with modeling staircases, handrails, and other complex design elements is crucial.
