Key Account Coordinator Role

  • We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage high-value client accounts.

  • This role entails overseeing customer relationships, reviewing orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

  • The ideal candidate will own day-to-day account operations, collaborate closely with internal teams, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer relationships and develop strategies to drive growth.

  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Route orders to appropriate vendors, oversee fulfillment workflows, and communicate with clients as needed.

  • Handle escalations, such as delays or product issues, with internal support.

  • Maintain accurate order details and documentation, ensuring timely project milestones are met.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account/project/order management for promotional products/branded merchandise.

  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows.

  • B2B account management expertise.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting.

  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production is strongly preferred.

  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).

  • US time zone availability required.
