Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing helpful information and answering their questions.
- Source new clients via various platforms and cold-call existing ones to expand our customer base.
- Manage client complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending client inquiries and requests, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution.
- Text and email past clients with monthly promotions to maintain relationships and drive repeat business.
- Update calendars for schedules and ensure efficient use of time.
- Prepare and send audited and approved cost estimates to clients and update head office accordingly.
- Coordinate job orders with the janitorial department and provide complete details.
- Prepare weekly reports on tele-sales performance and track progress towards targets.
- Provide accurate cost estimates to clients and secure quotations for repair materials.
- Secure customer feedback forms and analyze data to improve services.
- Achieve sales targets by increasing revenue and expanding our customer base.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
