We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure employee wellbeing.

  • Administer annual physical exams onsite or offsite and maintain updated medical records of all employees.

  • Organize random drug tests and communicate medical exam results to concerned employees and HR.

  • Provide first aid treatment and coordinate with health physicians as needed.

  • Develop and implement Health and Wellness Programs aligned with DOLE and Department of Health initiatives.

  • Monitor First Aider activities, including inventory and expiration of medicines.

  • Support compliance with HSSE standards based on ISO 45001:2018 and local regulations.

  • Carry out risk assessments, investigate incidents, and conduct post-incident reviews.

  • Drive regular local compliance programs and activities, including audits and training exercises.

  • Conduct HSSE inductions for new employees and vendors, and monitor dashboards/KPIs.

  • Coordinate safety training programs and engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with valid PRC license.

  • Certified Internal Auditor of EMS14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 requirements.

  • Training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Nurses (conducted by OHNAP).

  • Familiarity with DOLE Occupational Health and Safety Standards and Policies.

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.

  • At least Safety Officer level 2 (SO2) certification.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
