Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a litigation assistant in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include reviewing and summarizing medical records, financial records, and case documents for active litigation cases.

  • Review and summarize medical records, financial records, and case documents for an average of 20 active litigation cases.
  • Draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
  • Organize and compile information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to detail findings for attorney review.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be patient and poised, and have experience in the BPO industry.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of litigation support experience
  • 3 years of experience in the BPO industry
  • 2 years of working night shifts
