Job Opportunity: Insurance Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide support in the preparation and filing of various Court documents, drafting of correspondence to clients and other solicitors, interviewing witnesses and drafting statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and filing of various Court documents
  • Drafting of correspondence to clients, other solicitors, court registries and other third parties
  • Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements
  • Maintenance of files and general administration duties
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
  • First-rate attention to detail and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Proficient knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
