Responsibilities:Responsible for providing legal and labor support to the company including contract review, legal expertise on labor-related issues, contractual obligations, and general corporate law. Coordination with external parties (vendors, government agencies, company legal counsel). Serves as the company's official representative on any labor litigation and criminal litigation cases, unless otherwise directed.

Works closely with HR Business Partners in ensuring compliance to labor laws. Serves as the in-house expert on labor and as such, is expected to research, develop and educate/train HR professionals and line management with regards to labor laws and other pertinent legal related matters affecting the business. Conducts ongoing legal research, drafts legal opinion and contracts as well as document preparation for labor or criminal litigation and other contractual agreements that the company enters into.

This includes any kind of legal requirements for filing with NLRC or DOLE.Serves as primary point of contact for PH leadership (e.g. Finance or HR) with regards to vendor contract review and negotiations in case there are matters in conflict with regards to contractual obligations. Qualifications:Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's DegreeProfessional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law or equivalentAt least 8-10 years of relevant labor experience Required skills + qualities (non-technical)Above Average problem-solving and decision making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent public presentation skills. Willing to work at least once a week in Pasig
