We are seeking a seasoned Automation Specialist to spearhead our automation initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in process optimization, system integration, and team enablement.

\About the Role\
  • Prioritize collaboration with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process enhancements.\
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.\
  • Integrate Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.\
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.\
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.\
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.\
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
\Requirements\
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).\
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).\
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.\
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.\
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.\
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
\Professional Background\
  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
